Privacy Notice

This notice explains what HorseRacingPrediction.com (horseracingprediction.com) does with information connected to a visit. The site is a public racecard and prediction publisher. It does not ask you to open an account, and it does not take payment details.

Information a visit can create

Like most websites, the server or host that delivers these pages may record a technical log: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. Those logs are used to keep the site available, to diagnose faults and to understand which racecards are being read. They are not used to build a betting profile of you.

If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, including your address and the racecard you mention. We use that correspondence to answer you and to correct the page if a factual error is confirmed. We do not add email addresses to a marketing list.

Cookies

Pages may set a cookie that remembers a strictly necessary preference, such as whether a menu was opened, if the browser stores it. Analytics or hosting tools used by the infrastructure provider may set their own cookies to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser. The racecards remain readable if you do.

Who else may process a request

Hosting, DNS and email providers process connection data so the pages can be served and so mail to the contact address arrives. They act on instructions needed to run the site, or as independent controllers of their own network logs. We do not sell reader data, and we do not pass racecard views to bookmakers.

How long logs are kept

Server logs are kept only for as long as the host needs them for security and operations, then deleted or rotated. Email about a correction is kept while the issue is open and for a short period afterwards in case the same racecard error returns.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal data we hold, to correct it, or to ask for deletion where the law requires that. Email [email protected] with the request. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your own visit or message. You can also complain to a data-protection authority in your country.

Children

The site discusses betting markets and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
