What the site is

The site publishes horse racing racecards, probability estimates and written selections for scheduled meetings. Content is an analytical opinion prepared from form factors such as recent runs, distance, going, draw and jockey bookings. It is not a tipster service that promises profit, and it is not an instruction to place a bet.

No wagering relationship

HorseRacingPrediction.com does not accept stakes, hold customer funds or operate a book. Odds shown nowhere on the site are an offer. Any decision to bet is made with a licensed operator of your own choosing, under that operator’s rules and under the law that applies where you are.

Accuracy and late changes

Racecards change. Non-runners, jockey switches, going updates and altered race times can appear after a page is published. We aim to describe the card as assembled for the page, but we do not warrant that every runner, percentage or predicted place will still match the official racecard at the off. Check the official card before you act on a note.

Intellectual property

Text, page structure, logos and original compilation of the prediction tables are owned by HorseRacingPrediction.com or used with permission. You may read the pages and share a link. You may not copy the site, republish the racecards as your own product, or scrape the pages to build a competing service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to mislead other people about the source of a selection. You must be old enough to view gambling-related information in your country. If you are under 18, do not use this site.

Liability

Racing results are uncertain. To the extent the law allows, HorseRacingPrediction.com is not liable for betting losses, missed non-runners, or decisions you make after reading a prediction. Nothing on the site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes
